Comments of support needed for Minister Plibersek proposed refusal of Toondah Harbour development.
KAG was thrilled when news came through that Federal Environment minister Tanya Plibersek announced her intent of a proposed refusal for the Toondah Harbour development. Our group along with support from members and other community groups has been involved in fighting this proposal for almost ten years now and the hope now is that it’s almost over.
Minister Plibersek has given 10 days for the developer Walker Corp and community members to make comment to her department to express support or otherwise on her proposed refusal of the development.
The deadline for comments is April 23rd, 2024 and we encourage you to spend a few minutes to send an email using the link at the bottom.
We recommend a simple way to comment is to state that you support the Ministers proposed decision using some of her own words (copy from her media release or facebook page) for your reasons.
Thank you again for your continued support.
