This highly recommended film/documentary follows the lives of individual koalas and has been shown on screens across much of the east coast of Australia.

Come along for the only screening being held in the Redlands on Sunday September 8.
Following the film, a panel of koala experts (including KAG’s Debbie Pointing) will hold a Q & A session.

Movie synopsis: The Koalas takes audiences on a journey into the lives of individual koalas, led by charismatic characters – Wonnie, Bexley, Tom, Baz, Coral and adorable joeys Hope and Pala. As these stories unfold, we witness the unique characteristics of koalas, their bond with their young, and the wildlife carers they come into contact with. These seven emerge as ambassadors for all koalas facing threats to their ongoing survival.

Koala Action Group is on the Grill’d Victoria Pt ‘Local Matters’ jar for the month of September (Save the Koala Month), so if you feel like popping across the road following the film to have a meal, please place your token into the KAG jar to put us in the running for a $300 donation from Grill’d.

Thank you for your support and we hope to see you on Sunday.
