Cr Paul Gollé will speak about Biosecurity and Pest management which is the portfolio he holds under the Council’s representative portfolio system which was introduced in April 2025.

Kylle Ward will speak about a new business in Bloomfield Street, Cleveland.
Emmanuelle Rousseau will speak about her advocacy against Redland City Council’s new fee for issuing paper rates notices. Redlands2030 reported recently that Ms Rousseau has been given a 12 month ban from contacting Redland City Council about this matter because of her alleged “unreasonable persistence” and “unreasonable lack of cooperation”.
Other Business
Chris Walker will provide an update about Redland City Council activities including the Council Meeting which will be held on 12 November 2025. The agenda for this general meeting has been published on the Council’s website. The meeting will be live streamed on the Council’s YouTube channel.
Vicki Salisbury will speak about the community campaign to protect 652 koala habitat trees which Ormiston College is proposing to destroy.
There will also be brief updates on many other matters including the whitewater project, the new City Plan and wetland city accreditation.
Trivia night
Plans are firming for a trivia night to be held on 15 December 2025 instead of the usual Redlands Town Hall Meeting.

Venue for Redlands Town Hall meeting
This meeting will be at the Cleveland Scout Hall which is located on the corner of Bainbridge and Gordon streets in Ormiston.
Doors will open at 6:00pm for a meeting start at 6:30pm.
The meeting will conclude about 8:30pm but you can stay and chat until 9:00pm.
Redlands2030 and ACF Community Bayside host a town hall meeting regularly on the third Monday of each month.
